COMPLAINT POLICY
Step 1: Customers complain about Giang An's goods - GAT 1998 via email: gianganagritech@gmail.com or Hotline 0969911111.

Step 2: The customer care department will receive the Customer's complaints. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, the Company will have specific measures to support the Customer in resolving the dispute.

Step 3: The company requires buyers to provide sufficient information related to the transaction product and related information.

Step 4: In cases beyond the Company's ability and authority, the operator will request the buyer to take the case to a competent state agency for resolution according to law.

The company respects and seriously implements the provisions of law on protecting the rights of customers (consumers). Therefore, the Company always provides complete, accurate, honest and detailed information related to products. All acts of fraud and fraud in business are condemned and must be fully responsible before the law.

If through the form of agreement the conflict arising from the transaction between the buyer and the Company cannot be resolved, then either buyer or the Company will have the right to refer to competent legal authorities. Authority to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of all parties, especially customers.

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising from or related to transactions at the Company or these Regulations and Conditions will be resolved by negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and/or Court. under the Consumer Protection Law

Complaint processing time

According to internal regulations, within 1 working day at the latest, the responsible department is responsible for receiving, verifying and responding to customer complaints.

– Within 1 working day, the responsible department will verify and answer Yes or No and reply to the customer.

– If the complaint is correct, the Company will resolve it immediately or no later than 48 working hours from receipt of the complaint. In specific cases where more time is needed, the Company will agree with the customer on the time to respond to the specific complaint.

– If the complaint is not correct, the Company has the right to refuse to resolve and clearly state the reason.
